All orders sent with tracking confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your order and again, with tracking, when your parcel is sent. If you do not receive these in your inbox, please check your spam folder and add us to your safe sender list.
Due to size/weight a small selection of items are available for local pick up/delivery only or incur an additional postage fee. If your order contains one of these items we will contact you to ensure you wish to meet the additional postage charge.

We're happy to deliver your gift locally - please determine your destination's distance from Castlemaine CBD and select option at checkout.
Local delivery within Castlemaine up to 5km - $10
Delivery around Castlemaine 5-10km - $15
Delivery outside Castlemaine 10-15km - $25
Delivery outside Castlemaine 15-20km - $30

FREE LOCAL PICK UP:
Free local pick up from 4 Lewis Drive, Castlemaine during opening hours or by arrangement - select "Local Pick Up" at checkout, and your preferred time & date for collection or email/text us for assistance.
COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAPPING:
Let us know at checkout if your item is a gift, for free gift wrapping. Our complimentary gift tags are perfect for a short salutation, for longer messages please consider purchasing a greeting card, we're happy to transcribe your message.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We hope you love your purchase, if not, please contact us as soon possible - requests for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days.
We do our best to include detailed product information, including measurements, on our website, please choose carefully.
If your item is faulty, please email us photographs of damage and we’ll assess them to be either repaired, replaced or refunded.
For change of mind, please contact us to request exchange or refund.
Any postage costs applicable on change of mind returns/exchanges are at the customer's expense. Shipping costs on original purchase are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in as-new condition along with product packaging, labels and tags and must be unused/unworn, unaltered and generally suitable for resale.
Items bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
