A collection of small fabric remnant squares, eco-printed and botanically dyed in a range of soft, earthy colours and indigo blues. Perfect for patching, slow stitch, boro and inspiring textile projects.
Reclaimed cottons and linens, in varying textures and weights, dyed-by-hand with locally foraged plants and botanical extracts, a slow, multi-step process of preparing fabrics and extracting colours. Includes a selection of varying tones of indigo blue, along with swatches of botanical eco-prints.
23 pieces, each measuring approx 8-10cm x 10cm, pressed but not perfect with frayed edges and variations in tone and texture, enhance the rustic, handmade nature of these textiles.
You will receive the selection of fabrics pictured, with slight variations in size. Eco-printed pieces will be similar but not the same.
Natural colours evolve over time, as all things in nature do. Exposure to sun hastens the process. Occasional handwash in lukewarm water with gentle detergent, dry in shade. Slight run-off possible, particularly with indigo pieces.
I do my best to represent colours accurately, naturally dyed textiles reflect different tones and depths of colour in different lights. Please allow for variations with different screens and monitors.
